Mike's Musings

I'll be posting my musings from time to time on various subjects some just because I feel like it, others because I'm mad, still others because I want to make the world a better place. Now that the "d" is done, it's time to move on to other things. I'm reminding myself that life is just too short to focus on just one thing.

Have you ever felt betrayed?

Have you? I know that I have. I had (or have, I'm not sure which at this point as she won't talk to me right now) a friend that I was talking to on a regular basis for a while. All of a sudden, she just quit saying anything to me. When we see each other, she just turns her head and ignores my very existance. What really ticks me about the whole thing is that she won't tell me what I even did to deserve this. Everyone that knows me, has heard from me, that I "DO NOT READ SIGNALS" very well, if at all, and if I offend anyone to let me know so I can try and fix or remedy the situation. Well, obviously I did something but I'll never know what unless she decides to tell me or someone I know. Oh well, her loss....

Note: Remember, these are only opinions and if you really want to convince me otherwise, post your own response. "Go ahead, make my day!" Also, due to the amount of "ad postings" that I have deleted lately, I've had to add a verification word before you can post, sorry.

A wise man once told me "Listen to the opinions of the extremes and you'll discover that the truth is somewhere in the middle."

Yes I have! It's usually someone close to you who can drive the dagger of betrayal right into your heart. I guess God allows it so we know a little of how Jesus felt when Judas betrayed Him?
